I started Pro View Home Inspections to give people an alternative to the old ways of home inspection. I've been to several home inspections before I became an inspector. The one thing that I didn't like was the quickness of the inspection. Most were done in under an hour and the reports were handwritten or typed up epic novels describing the home . A quality home inspection takes about 2 hours for an average sized home. Unlike alot of the home inspectors that I watched years ago , I take pictures of your home using a digital camera , including written descriptions of your new home and any problems that I see . Your inspection report is then emailed to you. This saves you valuable time , and the reports are easy to read.  I am New York State certified (NYS Lic. # 16000038059 ). I am also a member of Nachi .
